From age 15, Santiago Regusci traveled with those projects and learned to demonstrate them in the real world. That experience became a way of working the whole team now shares: experiment fast, explain clearly, and never be intimidated by an unusual idea.

Experience from before the AI boom, production-grade integrations, allies, and communities that expand what the laboratory can build.
Before the generative AI boom, we were already working with predictive models, privacy, e-commerce at scale, decentralized networks, logistics, IoT, energy, and sports technology. Tools change; the ability to enter difficult systems compounds.
As GDPR began redefining how data was handled, we were already building systems with traditional AI and machine-learning models such as XGBoost. The interface changed; the discipline of understanding data, risk, and decisions was already there.
